Her love for magazines, stories and pictures, it all began in 1994 when she started her career at Marie Claire. After 5 years it was time to move on. Yes, Libelle and JAN would follow. Since 2010 Ilona works freelance for publishing companies like Sanoma Media, Hearst Magazines, Media Partners, Studio Room and various (fashion) brands. Ilona has been educated by and worked with the most inspiring magazine makers and editors-in-chiefs of this time like Franska Stuy, Karin Swerink and Marie-Nanette Schaepman. Ilona knows how to create and produce storytelling pictures for magazines and other productions.
